Creative services are delivered under separate client agreements and are not subject to online store return or refund terms.

All transactions are processed securely through third-party platforms such as PayPal, Stripe, or Shopify Payments.
Phoenix Anthem, LLC does not store or have access to your credit card information.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate payment and contact information. Orders may be delayed or canceled if information cannot be verified.

All products are offered subject to availability. Phoenix Anthem, LLC reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

5. Digital Product Licensing

Digital downloads are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied, resold, or redistributed in any form without written permission from Phoenix Anthem, LLC.
Churches may use digital files in worship materials, bulletins, or educational settings with proper attribution.

6. Order Fulfillment

Physical 17x22 prints are professionally printed in-house and shipped after production.
Everyday Witness merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by Printful, Inc. under their manufacturing and shipping timelines.

Delivery times vary based on location and product type. Phoenix Anthem, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or fulfillment providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites—including text, images, logos, videos, and artwork—is the property of Phoenix Anthem, LLC unless otherwise credited.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
Use of our materials in worship or educational settings is permitted with attribution and without alteration.

8. Limitation of Liability

Phoenix Anthem, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.
