Phoenix Anthem, LLC sells physical products fulfilled by Printful, Inc. All products are made to order.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues.

Replacements or refunds are offered only for:

  • Misprints, damage, or defects
  • Items lost in transit

To qualify:

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
