Phoenix Anthem, LLC accepts returns or exchanges only for physical 17x22 prints purchased directly from our store.

All 17x22 prints are professionally printed in-house under strict quality control standards.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping is at your expense unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Phoenix Anthem, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges on digital files, downloads, custom work, or personalized items.

Everyday Witness Merchandise (Fulfilled by Printful, Inc.)

Everyday Witness apparel, mugs, stickers, and similar products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, Inc. according to their policy.

Printful Return Guidelines:

  • No returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues.

  • Replacements or refunds are offered only for misprints, damage, or defects.

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and clear photos when submitting a claim.
