Phoenix Anthem, LLC ships both in-house prints and Printful-fulfilled merchandise with care and accuracy. The following policy explains our processing times, shipping methods, and responsibilities once your order is placed.


1. Order Processing Times

  • 17x22 Prints (In-House): Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after payment. Each print is professionally produced, inspected, and packaged by Phoenix Anthem, LLC before shipment.

  • Everyday Witness Merchandise (Printful): Apparel, mugs, and similar items are made to order by Printful, Inc. Production and fulfillment typically take 7–10 business days before shipping.

Please note that during high-volume seasons or holidays, fulfillment may take longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, destination, and selected carrier service.
Available carriers and delivery options may vary depending on your location.

Phoenix Anthem, LLC reserves the right to adjust shipping methods to ensure safe and timely delivery.


3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Orders are shipped via standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Delivery times vary by region but typically range from 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.


4. International Shipping

At this time, international shipping is available only for select products.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied by their country’s regulations.
Phoenix Anthem, LLC is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs processing.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  1. Retain all original packaging and materials.

  2. Notify us immediately through our Contact Page:

  3. Include your order number, tracking number, and photos if applicable.

We will work with you and the carrier (or Printful, if applicable) to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


6. Separate Shipments

Because items may come from different fulfillment locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if this occurs.


7. Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order.
Phoenix Anthem, LLC is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
